Payment in cash
Cash payment is payment in cash upon arrival.
Prices of services are expressed in EUR. Payment can be made in HRK or EUR. For the conversion from EUR to HRK, the selling rate for cash of OTP banka on the day of payment will be applied.
Credit and debit card payments
One-time payments in the webshop can be made with most credit and debit cards.
Payment by credit or debit card is made once, and the payment process itself is protected by the highest security standards of card payment protection, which includes authentication of the cardholder with a token or 3D secure code issued by the card issuing bank. For questions about 3D secure authentication, contact your card issuer’s bank. When paying by card, the user’s account is debited immediately, without delay (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, VISA PREMIUM, Diners).

Security of online card payments
Blue Nautica uses WSPay for online payments.
WSPay is a secure system for online payment, real-time payment, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. WSPay provides the customer and merchant with secure registration and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay has. WSPay uses 256-bit encryption SSL certification and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for data entry and transmission.
Protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 2016/679-Regulation and the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation
WSPay, as the executor of credit card authorization and payment, handles personal data as a processor and handles personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council No. 2016/679 and strict PCI DSS L1 regulations on registration protection and data transmission.
WSPay uses SSL certificate 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection when entering and transferring data.
Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and collection, ie in the performance of obligations of the Agreement or under the Agreement, are considered confidential data.
The following personal data of the buyer are required for the execution of the Contract (authorizations and collection):
- Name and surname
- Zip code
- Card type
- Card number
- Card expiration time
- CVV card code
WSPay does not process or use this personal data except for the purpose of enforcing the authorization and collection agreement.
WSPay guarantees the fulfilment of all conditions set by the applicable regulations on personal data protection for personal data processors, and in particular the taking of all necessary technical, organizational and security measures, and this is especially confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.
Accepted credit cards
Prices of services are expressed in EUR. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Diving Terms & Conditions
Upon successful completion of the booking procedure, your reservation is considered confirmed and you will receive a booking confirmation to your email address. You are obliged to keep the E-mail confirmation with all the details of the reservation you have confirmed and show it upon arrival on your tour. Pets are not allowed on the tour.
TOUR DATE CHANGES
Safety always comes first. In case of unfavorable weather conditions, your tour will unfortunately not be able to take place and we reserve all rights to make changes. Weather permitting, your tour will take place the next day or otherwise agreed. In case the change does not suit you, the amount you paid will be refunded in full.
We would be very sorry if you decide to cancel your tour, but we understand that the plans change during the vacation and that there are valid reasons for this to happen. So, we will do our best to adapt to your decision. However, please be advised of our current cancellation policy:
- Cancelling at least 7 days prior to your tour start: there will be no charge.
- Cancelling between 6 and 3 days prior to your tour start: you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your booking. If you paid a deposit, you will be charged the remaining amount to complete 50% of the total cost of your reservation.
- Cancelling without any notice less than 72 hours prior to your tour start or in any other case: you will be charged the total cost of your reservation.
- In case of non-arrival (no-show) at the exact place and on the exact time according to the booking confirmation, you will be charged the total cost of your reservation.
In the event of any refund, the refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of a valid cancellation notice, in accordance with the above policy. Only cancellation requests submitted in writing and sent to the following Email address will be taken into account: email@example.com .
Blue Nautica operates as a professional diving school and diving center providing the organization of diving courses, organized dives and visits to the underwater museum. In this capacity, Blue Nautica has all the appropriate insurances, but it is certainly advisable to obtain your own travel (tourist) insurance.
Protection and collection of personal data
Blue Nautica is committed to protecting the personal data of customers, by collecting only the necessary, basic information about customers / users that is necessary to meet our obligations; informs customers about how to use the collected data, regularly gives customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not to remove their name from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to do their job. All Blue Nautica employees and business partners are responsible for adhering to the principles of privacy protection.
Disputes and settlement
The contracting parties will do their utmost to resolve any disputes internally. However, if no agreement can be reached, complaints can be made to a third party authorized to assist in resolving complaints from dissatisfied consumers within the EU, please use the following link to the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform. The Commercial Court in Split has jurisdiction to resolve court disputes.
